Born 1887-Died 1916

Son of Count Plunkett. Went with Roger Casement to Germany in 1915 to procure arms for the upcoming rebellion. The goal of the trip was to aquire as many arms as possible as well as bring recruits from german prisoners from WWI. The attempt for recruits was a failure, but they did aquire a shipment of arms which Casement and Bob Montieth travelled with to Ireland through german help. Plunkett was a leader of the 1916 rebellion and signatory to the Poblacht na Heirran. As with the other signatories he was shot by the british following the rebellion. The night before his execution he was married to his longtime sweetheart Grace Gifford in Kilmainham Jail.
